4's: Keep Calm and Bake On!

Our 4's our very interested in baking and we did a lot of it in December!  From Christmas cookies and pizza to cotton candy and hot chocolate they were always ready to get in on the action.

mixing and cutting out the dough.

Decorating - the part everyone looks forward to (for one reason or another)!

Making and enjoying cotton candy on National Cotton Candy Day!  Did you know that cotton candy was first called fairy floss?

Next up - homemade pizza!  Gathering the ingredients, we are really learning the importance of  yeast in certain foods we bake.

And we're getting really good with a rolling pin as well!

We added some sauce, pepperoni, cheese and baked our mini pizzas.  You can see the next step ... enjoying our pizzas!

I wonder what baking we will do in January?
